1) BSR wrote at 11:34am on May 21st, 2009I always found it hard to keep up with drinking water in the mornings. I would start and then give up. Now this time I have been more consistent. I figured out that if you squeeze a lemon, add a pinch of baking soda and a pinch of rock salt, it's much easier to drink a full glass. Great way to replenish your thirst in the morning. Do it an hour before breakfast or coffee. It's fun and healthy and I feel a lot more energetic during the day. Check this link on water benefits..http://tinyurl.com/qjxcp6

2) PA wrote at 6:24pm yesterdayI just began Juicing the past few weeks, DeWayne McCulley was the author that got me into it, in his Death to Diabetes, he used this intense nutrition to reverse his Type 2 diabetes, and it is working for me, my sugar numbers have come down lower and no medication! I think this could become an addiction, but such a healthy one.
RL wroteat 9:06am on March 19th, 2009My girlfriend got me into juicing after my appendix burst and all I could eat was soup and salad! It's gotta be the best way to boost your fruit and veg intake. Juice to live!

3) MJP wrote at 10:35am on February 27th, 2009I started juicing about four months ago. My intention was to help my family get the nutrients and vitamins of fresh fruit. We live on a farm and have access to apples, pears, and peaches. We also plant a garden with lots of veggies. Anyway, I lost 12 pounds in a couple of months just by juicing. We love it!! I am addicted!! We create our own recipes and that is the fun part...

4) MV wrote at 12:42pm on February 24th, 2009 I just recently started enjoying the benefits of juicing...I love it and so does my children. Green Lemonade is one of my favs.

5) Juicing Shack wrote at 5:56pm on May 17th, 2009Yesterday I made a combination of Orange, Apple, Carrot and Celery juice. I had not planned on making this juice but just made it with what I had in the refrigerator. I then made a few popsicles with the IKEA popsicle maker that we had bought. ( See them here at this link.. they are a great idea http://tinyurl.com/ofja6q . Our 2 years old loves to chew ice, so we replaced her ice requests with these popsicles and she kept asking for more, imagine her immunity booste with this juice and it was no complaints fun ! Tasted great !
